Your church's own app: prayer requests, praise reports, events and sermons.
Who can see my prayer request?
You choose when you post it: public (shown on the prayer wall with your name), anonymous (shown on the prayer wall without your name) or private (not shown on the prayer wall). Church administrators may still be able to see requests; ask your church office who looks after them. Praise reports older than 90 days are removed automatically.
How do I put it on my phone?
Open the app in your phone's browser and choose "Add to Home screen" (Android) or Share, then "Add to Home Screen" (iPhone). It then opens like an app.
Why can I not see a page my friend can?
Some pages are only for church administrators. Ask your church office if you need access.
Signing in and your account
How do I sign in?
Press "Sign in with ServantBase". You use one ServantBase account, with the same email and password, for every ServantBase app your church or ministry uses. If you have two-step sign-in turned on, you will be asked for the code as well.
Which email did I use?
Use the email address where your church or ministry sent your invitation, or the one you typed when you registered. If you are not sure, try your other addresses on the ServantBase sign-in page: the page tells you if there is no account for an address. Once you are signed in, your email is shown on your ServantBase start page (start.servantbase.com). If two addresses both work, you have two accounts; ask your church office which one they added you with.
I forgot my password
On the ServantBase sign-in page choose "Forgot password". ServantBase emails you a code to set a new one. The email comes from info@servantbase.com; check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
It says I am not a member of this church, or there is no account for me
Your ServantBase account exists, but your church has not added you to this app yet, or it added a different email address. Ask your church office or administrator to add the email address you sign in with. If your church gave you a join code, enter it at start.servantbase.com under "Join an organization".
I belong to more than one church
Open the ServantBase app menu (the grid icon at the top of the app) and choose the church under "Organization". You get a separate account in each church, and the menu takes you to the one you picked.
How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?
Sign in at start.servantbase.com and open "Your data". You can prepare a download of your data, or ask for your account to be erased. An erasure waits 14 days so you can cancel it. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Who do I contact for help?
Email info@servantbase.com. Say which app, which email address you used and what you see on the screen (a screenshot helps). Never send your password.
